Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Edvana Online Institute, we are committed to providing quality 1-on-1 online education. Please read our refund policy carefully.
1. Free Demo Class
The initial 1-on-1 demo class is 100% FREE. No payment is required. After the demo, you can choose to enroll in a paid package.
2. 7-Day Refund Policy for New Purchases
You can request a 100% refund for your first package purchase if ALL of the following are met:
- The request is made within 7 days of your first paid class.
- You have attended 2 classes or fewer for that subject.
- Less than 50% of the course materials, notes, and quizzes have been downloaded from your classroom.
To request a refund, contact our Support Team on WhatsApp with your Name, Subject, and Order ID. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
3. Monthly Subscription Policy
Edvana classes run on a 30-day subscription basis, processed through WooCommerce.
- All subscription payments are final for the current billing cycle.
- You may cancel your subscription anytime. Access to the classroom will remain active until the end of the current 30-day period, after which the classroom status will be changed to CANCELLED and access will be locked.
- If a renewal payment fails, classroom access will be paused immediately until payment is completed.
4. Per-Subject Classroom Policy
Each subject you purchase has a separate, isolated classroom. Refunds and cancellations apply to each classroom individually. Example: Cancelling Physics will not affect your active Chemistry classroom.
5. Institute Cancellation
If Edvana cancels a class or a teacher becomes unavailable, we will offer a replacement teacher or issue a pro-rated refund/credit for the missed classes.

Note: All payments are processed in USD, SAR, or AED. Bank and currency conversion fees are non-refundable. Edvana Online Institute reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
